Money idea 03 — the moat play

An open violation is a clock.
We stop it in months 10 business days.

The NYC Violation & ADA Cure Sprint: for landlords, restaurant and QSR operators, and retail tenants whose opening, refinance, sale, or lease is blocked by DOB, ECB/OATH, or FDNY violations — or an entrance and restroom that fail accessibility. We pull the record, fix the physical problem, and hand you the photo-and-filing packet that proves the cure.

Phone first, always. One call tells us the address and the deadline. The scan follows within 48 hours — and the full $995 credits toward your cure when you book the sprint within 14 days. New: claim 3 free violation leads for your building or portfolio below — no card needed. Paid checkout is on Stripe, tested and live.

Logo × domain — compare them side by side

Same service. Three names.
Pick the one customers get in one second.

A domain is the logo people type. Each option below is shown the way a customer would see it — mark, wordmark, and web address together — scored on what actually sells the cure. Tap a card to mark your pick.

Launch pick: NYC Violation Fix — nycviolationfix.com. Clearest search match of the three, and the shield-and-check mark still works at favicon size. Tap another card to compare it as the pick.

The rest of the family — same board, same test

Each sister service gets the same treatment: a literal .com that search and AI can repeat, with a sharper working name on the logo. Literal domains below were available at $8.49 for year one; the sharper names are the shortlist still clearing the final registry check.

Here’s a scan. First 3 findings are free.
The other 7 are why owners pay $995.

This is exactly how a real $995 scan reads — plain English, agency, deadline, and the physical cure for each finding. The sample below is illustrative; your scan is pulled from your address’s actual city records.

What it blocks: sign-off and any new filing on the space. The cure: document the as-built storefront, make-safe anything non-compliant, and assemble the certificate-of-correction packet with dated before/after photos.

Blocks opening
ECB / OATH

Unanswered violation heading for defaultFree

What it blocks: a refi or sale search — and a default can multiply the original penalty. The cure: fix the cited condition first, then file the proof inside the hearing window instead of paying the fine and keeping the violation.

What it blocks: wheelchair access — the single most common storefront accessibility complaint. The cure: ramp or threshold fix, widen the clear opening, lever hardware, and closer force set — measured and photographed to the inch.

Free leads — that's how we attract you

Get 3 free violation leads.
Then decide if you want the rest.

Most companies ask for $995 before they show you anything. We do it backwards: 3 real-category leads for free — for your own building, a portfolio you manage, or addresses you want to work — so you can check our work before a dollar moves. The paid scan and sprint are one click after that, on Stripe.

What counts as a free lead?

  • For owners & landlords: 3 open findings on your address — agency, what it blocks, and the deadline that matters — in plain English.
  • For managers & operators (5+ doors): your 3 riskiest addresses ranked first, so you see the worst exposure before a refi, sale or opening does.
  • For partners who refer work — brokers, expediters, attorneys: 3 sample fresh-violation leads in one borough, showing the format clients get in the full scan.

Free leads are a sample pull, not the full 48-hour scan. The full scan covers every DOB / ECB-OATH / FDNY record plus the ADA entrance + restroom walk — that's the $995 Stripe product above.

Why owners call — usually late

The violation isn’t the fine.
It’s everything the fine blocks.

Opening blocked

A QSR or restaurant that can’t pass inspection or secure sign-off burns rent every day it sits dark — crew hired, food ordered, doors locked.

Refi & sale frozen

Lenders and buyers’ attorneys pull the same open records. One uncured violation can stall a closing until it’s cured and certified.

Penalties stack

Unanswered ECB/OATH violations can default, and default penalties are far larger than the original fine — before interest and repeat inspections.

ADA suits arrive

A stepped entrance, a too-narrow door, a restroom without grab bars: storefront accessibility complaints turn into legal letters with deadlines attached.

Do your own math

What is waiting costing you?

Drag the numbers to your situation. Most owners have only added up the fine — the blocked days are the expensive part.

Count DOB, ECB/OATH, and FDNY records across the address — the scan confirms the real number.
Use the amount on your notices. Defaulted ECB penalties can run several times the original fine.
Rent, payroll on standby, lost sales, loan carry — whatever a dark day costs you.
Penalty exposure$5,000
Cost of blocked days$17,850
Total at risk$22,850

Planning estimate from your own inputs — not a quote, a penalty prediction, or legal advice. The $995 scan replaces these guesses with your actual records, amounts, and hearing dates.

Why this is a moat, not a service

Anyone can fix a ramp.
Nobody else sells the cure like this.

01

We find buyers the day the violation posts

NYC violation and permit records are public. AACG already runs daily permit-intelligence lanes across the five boroughs — the same engine flags a fresh violation within 24 hours of it posting, while the owner is still reading the notice. Competitors wait for the phone to ring. We’re already calling.

02

Build + file under one roof

Expediters can file paper but can’t swing a hammer. General contractors can build but won’t touch the filing. Attorneys bill by the hour to coordinate both. One AACG crew does the physical cure and assembles the dismissal packet — that seam is where every other option leaks weeks.

03

A cure library that compounds

Every ramp, restroom, egress, and storefront fix gets photographed, measured, and templated. The 50th cure costs a fraction of the first — same drawings, same materials list, same packet format the agencies already accepted. Margin expands with every sprint while a first-timer competitor starts from zero.

04

The cure turns into a retainer

Violations come back — a missed inspection, a new complaint, a lapsed sign-off. After the sprint, owners stay on Violation Watch so the next one is caught in days, not at the closing table. Recurring revenue, near-zero churn, and AACG is first call for every future build-out.

The wedge

A $995 scan is a cheap yes for a panicked owner. It lands AACG inside the building, in front of the decision-maker, with a fixed-price cure quote — and first position on the full renovation, fit-out, or roll-out that follows the cure. The sprint is the door-opener; the relationship is the business.

What we cure

Physical fixes, proven on paper

If it can be fixed with a crew, it’s sprint work. Where a licensed design professional or attorney must stamp or appear, we coordinate them into the same 10-business-day window — you still make one call.

Honest limits: agency timelines, hearing outcomes, and dismissal decisions belong to the City of New York — no contractor can guarantee them, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we guarantee is ours: the scan in 48 hours, one fixed cure quote, the physical work done in the sprint window, and a complete evidence packet in your hands on business day 10.

Who buys first

Five buyers, one trigger each

Trigger — closing date set

Landlords in a refi or sale

The lender’s search just surfaced violations nobody had tracked. The closing clock makes this a same-week decision, not a someday project.

Trigger — opening date announced

QSR & restaurant franchisees

Brand opening dates don’t move for a failed inspection. A blocked opening costs rent, payroll, and franchise penalties at once.

Trigger — the legal letter

Operators hit with an ADA complaint

The physical cure is usually the fastest, cheapest part of resolving an accessibility complaint — once someone measures what actually fails.

Trigger — portfolio audit

Property managers, 5+ doors

One Watch subscription replaces the spreadsheet of hearing dates across every address they manage.

Trigger — lease signing

Tenants taking a second-gen space

The previous tenant’s violations don’t care whose name is on the new lease. A scan before signing reprices the deal.

The 30-day launch

How this prints money in month one

WK 1

Build the hit list

Pull fresh DOB/ECB records for restaurants and retail in the five boroughs. Target: 200 addresses with a named owner or operator and a phone number for each — found through AACG’s existing research lanes.

WK 2

Calls first, scans second

Phone-first outreach: “We pulled your address — you have X open, and one defaults on [date].” Target: 40 decision-maker conversations, 10 scans booked.

WK 3

First five sprints

Run the scans, quote fixed, cure the first five locations. Photograph everything. Target: 5 cure sprints sold — at launch pricing that’s the scan fees plus five-figure cure revenue in week three.

WK 4

Turn cures into the moat

Every cured owner gets the Watch offer and one portfolio question: “How many other addresses do you hold?” Target: 3 Watch subscriptions, 2 portfolio scans, a referral path into attorneys and brokers who see blocked closings every week.

DAY 30

The scoreboard that matters

Not posts, not impressions: scans sold → sprints sold → Watch subscriptions → follow-on build-outs quoted. If scans sell and sprints don’t, the quote is wrong. If calls don’t convert to scans, the list is wrong. Fix the leak, keep the sprint.

Straight answers

Before you ask

Can you guarantee my violation gets dismissed?

No — and distrust anyone who does. Dismissal is the agency’s decision. What we control, we guarantee: the physical condition cured, documented, and packaged the way certificates of correction are actually judged.

Are you lawyers or expediters?

Neither. We’re a licensed, insured NYC general contractor — the crew that fixes the condition. Where your cure needs a stamped filing or a hearing appearance, we coordinate your expediter or attorney into the sprint, or introduce one from our working network.

Can my business stay open during the cure?

Usually, yes. Entrance and restroom work is sequenced nights and early mornings wherever the site allows, and we’ll tell you on day 2 — before you pay for the sprint — if any fix genuinely requires a closure window.

What if the scan finds nothing?

Then you get a clean report saying so — useful paper for a lender, buyer, or franchisor — and there’s nothing to credit because there’s nothing to cure. The $995 is the whole cost.

Why fixed pricing instead of an estimate?

Because a blocked owner can’t budget “we’ll see.” The scan exists so the cure can be one number. If the scan uncovers structural or systems work beyond sprint scope, we say so in the quote — priced separately, decided by you, no surprises mid-sprint.

I manage 20 locations. Where do we start?

With a portfolio scan: every address pulled at once, ranked by deadline and exposure, worst first. Watch then keeps the whole list clean. Call and we’ll scope it on the spot.

What do I actually get with the 3 free leads?

Three findings on your address — or your three riskiest addresses if you manage a portfolio — with the agency, what each one blocks, and the next deadline. It's a sample of the full scan, free and with no card, so you can judge the work before paying. The other findings, the ADA measurements, and the fixed cure quote are in the paid $995 scan.

How does payment work — is it really Stripe?

Yes. Every paid button opens Stripe's hosted checkout for that exact product ($995 scan, Cure Sprint, or $349/mo Watch). You pay on Stripe's page; we never see or store your card number. You can back out any time before confirming on Stripe and nothing is charged.
